(This is a certificate that authenticates the originals of a public document, such as a birth certificate or marriage license or death certificate from another country. Other documents include notarial judgement and foreign documents for work and school.)
Fees:
$10 per document,
with a travel fee of $17 Northwest,
$22 Eastside or Central Tucson radius.
A Loan Signing Agent is a hired independent contractor to ensure that Real Estate loan documents are executed by the borrowers and sellers, notarized, and returned for processing on time. Completing this critical part of the loan process enables the loan to be funded. Works with all major title companies. We provide Apostille services as well.

Arizona Department of Public Safety requires a money order or cashier's check of $67 to be sent with your Fingerprint Clearance Card Application.

Hello! My name is Kathy Peate and I'm a true Native Tucsonan. I am here to notarize your life needs!
I started Native Tucson Notary & Insurance, LLC
because I saw a need for the services above and
decided that mobile is the best way to get the job
done. It allows me to have a flexible schedule,
as well as still enjoy my previous career as
an Insurance Agent.
When I'm not notarizing and providing insurance
options, I enjoy spending time with my family.
I have also recruited my husband, Paul Peate, to assist with the Fingerprinting Services. He is also certified in Fingerprinting.
